The design of this residence enhances the clean lined architecture with a serene neutral palette, punctuated by rich color and textures, creating an atmosphere for relaxation and entertaining.
The covered entry opens to a double volume foyer with French oak floors elegantly grounding the main level. The entry offers a preview of the rich chocolate lounge with cocoa oak millwork at the full wet bar. When the sliding door is closed, natural light filters through textured privacy glass, illuminating the hallway to the open-plan great room.
The brick-clad fireplace anchors the space while the wood paneling and large sliding glass doors bring in natural light, beautifully connecting the kitchen, living, and dining spaces to the outdoor entertaining areas.  The kitchen boasts European cabinetry, a cleverly concealed coffee bar, and luxurious dark Italian marble countertops and backsplash.
The main level also features a private study and powder room leading into the first-floor primary suite. This opens to parallel walls of windows evoking the feeling of walking into a tree house. The serene, neutral palette prepares you for the transition into an expansive bath saturated in color, celebrating handmade ceramic tiles, warm wood tones, natural stone floors, and striking quartzite accents.
The lower level was designed with a growing family in mind featuring durable stone floors throughout, a cozy family room and 4 well-appointed secondary suites with walk-out access to outdoor living and private side yard.  Out-of-town visitors have a separate entry guest suite over the two-car garage, with a compact kitchenette, living area, bedroom and full bath with the same rich and playful tones used in the main house.
